We use your data to personalize your dashboard (progress, study plan), unlock premium content you've paid for, improve our test series and AI answers, and send important account or exam-related updates.
Your data is stored on our own private server (VPS), in a MongoDB database and on the server's own disk — not on a third-party cloud storage service. Access is protected by authentication and standard server security practices (firewall, HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords).
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the Platform.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request account deletion at any time via the Contact page.
Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), all traffic is encrypted via HTTPS, and our server is protected by a firewall restricting access to only what's needed. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
NeetOne is used by students preparing for competitive exams, including minors under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect more data from minors than is necessary to provide the service.
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified on the Platform.
For privacy-related questions, reach us via the Contact page.
